Switches 2.1

Here's an update for my Switches Rainmeter skin.

This version gives you more configuration options than the previous one using the included SwitchesConfigure program (shown in the preview), using that you can control all of the shown options.
Each switch comes in a left and right sided version (as some are shown above again).
Also included that wasn't in the previous version is a sidebar background, this is in both black and white and separate versions that can be used on the right or left side of the desktop are included.

By default, I have recommended you use the kroeger 05_55 caps font or Skia, both of which are shown in the preview and in the download, however, you can use any font you want to use.

- Converted to .rmskin format.
- Removed redundant code in the weather skins (thanks to xNameless for pointing this out )
